In over three decades of marketing, communications, and leadership across medical science, non-profits, and entrepreneurship, I’ve been the SECRET WEAPON behind some of the boldest and MOST UNAPOLOGETIC BRANDS and guided 100s of women to RECLAIM THEIR POWER and create lives and businesses that embody their deepest, truest desires. 

After re-entering entrepreneurship early 2023, at the beginning of 2024 I was boom or busting between $4000 and $8000 / month and taking 'anything I could' with storytelling copywriting and graphic design in DFY work - having just come off the back of a perimenopause + Ehler's Danlos + untended trauma erupting to the surface clusterfck.

I also knew I could NOT keep saying "it will all change this year", then not getting the fck on with CHANGING things from the inside out and the outside in... so instead of doing it all over again, I DECIDED that 2024 is the year everything changes. 

I GOT HELLA serious about my own self care - energetic, emotional, mental and physical - did a LOT of studying, meditating, hypnotherapy and got back to learning + practising more FULL WITCH ritual + magick making, after years working as a hands-on healer, TCM practitioner, coach and yoga + meditation teacher.

I CLEARED OUT 47 years of shit - family conditioning, physical paperwork, old legal stuff weighing me down, and took a PhD in speaking my desires out into the world and running to manifest them in the here and now...

Then I started working with a and just recently hired a bloody SPECTACULAR coach who is also neurosparkly and a fcking good human bean - who was weaving her own quantum leap to $100k months = using wealth toCONTRIBUTE to the planet. Seeing her create fckloads of cash 💰and then USE IT FOR GOOD was a massive expander for me.

Fast forward to November 2024, and since saying "FCK I have tried it every other way, let's try this the easy way!", I have found myself on the wave of an exponential unravelling and uplevelling journey that has been equal parts terrifying, elating and discombobulating.

Here's what I know to be TRUE - all that throwing out, speaking up, opting out, practising my craft and taking exquisite care of my sweet self has allowed me to HOLD ALL THOSE FEELINGS and not collapse back into small, safe, good girl patterns ...plus HOLD THE POSE of a calm, anchored in her truth, warrior woman who can lead a community with presence + love, and deep-open-hearted care...

and let me tell you after years of ups and downs, that feels rather fucking refreshing!
